Responsibilities

• Provide first line of support for internal users via chat, video conference, and email.
• Record support issues in BlackRock support tool.
• Coordinate support issues with internal users, developers & infrastructure teams.
• Application support and monitoring via in-app dashboards and monitoring tools.
• Maintain and update application support wikis.
• Monitor and support of file transmissions to external clients.
• Escalate to service providers and internal teams when in-bound feeds are late.
• Identify areas of system improvement to reduce issues and improve performance.

The salary range for this position is [$100K - $120K] per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other factors.

Key support responsibilities
