Job summary

Gear Inc. is seeking an Image Moderator to review user-generated in-game images and ensure compliance with guidelines. The role is on-site in Hanoi with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, and provides full equipment and competitive holiday bonuses.

You will maintain data privacy, work toward personal and team productivity targets, and participate in ongoing training and career development within a professional environment.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level (IELTS 5.5 / TOEIC 600)
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Good computer skills; familiar with MS Office and Google applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile devices, and various mobile apps

Job Description Image Moderator (On-site, Hanoi)

We are seeking Image Moderators who will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated images in-game. You will help maintain a safe environment for our community while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Moderate and review images generated by users in-game.

Maintain a secure working environment and strictly protect all handled data privacy protection is a top priority.

Meet personal and team productivity/quality targets.

Work flexible schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Perform other tasks as requested by the manager.

Job Requirements

Working Schedule

Morning Shift:7AM - 12PM

Afternoon Shift: 1PM -6PM
