The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, at least one year of customer support experience, and familiarity with MS Office and Google Drive. Qualificações

• Minimum Pre Advanced HSK proficiency in Traditional Chinese.
• At least 1-year experience in customer support and service analysis.
• Experience in BPO is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Traditional Chinese (reading and writing; minimum Pre Advanced HSK).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support and service analysis.
• Content-moderation-related skills are preferable.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Drive.
• Willingness to handle multi-projects.
• Experience in the BPO is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifting schedules including night shifts.

Job Summary

The Content Moderation QA position aims to ensure the consistent and high-quality execution of content moderation policies, providing feedback to enhance accuracy, minimize errors, and contribute to a positive online environment.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems;
• Plan, conducted & monitored testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the quality of products;
• Investigate customer's claims and non-conformance issues;
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems;
• Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventative actions;
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience;
• Good English skills in reading and gathering information from foreign customers' requirements;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely;
• Having a proficiency in Traditional Chinese, reading, & writing (minimum Pre Advanced HSK proficiency);
