University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign seeks a Clinical Services Training Specialist to deliver statewide trainings on IM-CANS and SOC curricula. The role provides ongoing coaching and acts as a SME for new service initiatives and systems of care.

Required are a Master’s in social work, 1–3 years in behavioral health, and trainer certifications with IL licensure. Hybrid/remote options are available with on-site as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 1-3 years of Behavioral Health Services (Clinical) experience.
• IM+CANS trainer level certification within 90 days of hire.
• SOC trainer certification within 120 days of hiring.
• Illinois clinical licensure.
• LPHA status pursuant to 89 ILAC 140.453.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver statewide web-based and on-site trainings for IM-CANS and related topics.
• Integrate IM+CANS into Systems of Care work and Wraparound for staff and leadership.
• Train Medicaid services to support providers in development, implementation and analysis.
• Develop and deliver advanced trainings on the behavioral health assessment tool and care planning.
