Job summary

The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign seeks a Clinical Services Training Specialist to train the IM+CANS model and other Health and Family Services (SOC) initiatives for community behavioral health staff and leadership.

You will provide ongoing coaching, serve as SME for new services and SOC curriculum, and develop trainings both on-site and via webinar to support statewide implementation and effective use of the tool.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 1-3 years of Behavioral Health Services (Clinical) experience.
• IM+CANS trainer level certification within 90 days of hire.
• SOC trainer certification within 120 days of hiring.
• Illinois clinical licensure and LPHA status per 89 ILAC 140.453.

Responsibilities

• Train the IM-CANS model and related components for community behavioral health staff and leadership.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support for new initiatives and SOC curriculum.
• Develop trainings, including on-site and web-based, for intermediate and advanced use of the assessment tool.
