Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking a Clinical Associate I for the Intensive Home Based Treatment (IHBT) program in Anchorage, AK. You will deliver supportive services in home/community settings, help navigate resources, and assist with case management and treatment plan execution to improve daily functioning.

Program requires Alaska driver’s license, health screenings, and follows an Alaska Native/American Indian preference policy.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience providing direct customer-owner care in a behavioral health setting.
• Must meet Alaska driver’s license and driving record requirements.
• Alaska Native/American Indian Preference in Employment.
• Health screenings and immunizations are a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services for customer-owners in home or community settings, including navigating community resources and case management.
• Execute a customer-owner’s treatment plan to improve daily life functioning.
• Assist families in home/community settings for 4–6 months and adapt to customer-owner schedules.
