Job summary

Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking a Supervisor of Clinical Associates I, II for the New Crisis Programs in Anchorage, Alaska. The role oversees clinical teams, ensures crisis services quality, and supports program development in collaboration with the behavioral health leadership.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in counseling or related field, at least three years in behavioral health settings, and a valid Alaska driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Rehabilitation, Social Work, or related field; OR equivalent years of work experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in therapeutic residential, addictions, and/or behavioral health outpatient settings; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Clinical Associate II at SCF.
• Valid Alaska driver’s license meeting DMV requirements.
• No more than three moving traffic violations in the past 3 years; OR two at-fault in the past 10 years.
• No DUI/DWI/OUI violations in the past 5 years; OR up to two in the past 10 years.
• Driver must be at least 18; 21 if transporting customers, with probationary license requirements.
• Prior to hire, provide driving record no older than 60 days.
• Alaska Native/American Indian Preference in Employment.
• Employee Health requirements and immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Flu, Tdap, Covid-19).
