Job summary

Cadence Care Network is hiring an IHBT Supervisor to oversee the provision of intensive home-based treatment services for children and families in our community. You will supervise IHBT program staff delivering CPST, TBS, mental health assessments, crisis response, and individual service plan delivery.

The role focuses on coordinating services to prevent out-of-home placement or facilitate a successful transition home, while maintaining flexibility to meet client needs in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work or marriage and family therapy with a supervision designation.
• Current LISWS or LPCCS licensure by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist board.
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet program and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IHBT program staff delivering CPST, TBS, mental health assessments, crisis response, and individual service plans.
• Ensure services align with program goals to prevent out-of-home placement or support transitions home.
• Collaborate with families and community resources to support treatment plans.
