Southcentral Foundation (SCF) seeks a Supervisor of Behavioral Health Aides I, II to lead clinical quality across rural communities and ensure accreditation standards are met. The role involves guiding staff in matching customer-owners to appropriate care levels and supporting regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in behavioral health or a PhD/PsyD in psychology, and must obtain Alaska licensure within four years. Preference for Alaska Native health expertise.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in behavioral health field including Counseling, Psychology or Social Work; OR PhD/PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
• Obtain Alaska Clinical Licensure in designated field within four (4) years of hire.
• Two (2) years of supervised clinical work experience for Master’s level Behavioral Health; OR two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience for PhD or PsyD level; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Clinician I at SCF.
