Job summary

ACE Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate Intensive Home-Based Therapy (IHBT) Therapist to join our clinical team, delivering in-home services to children, adolescents, and families in the Cleveland area.

You will develop family-centered treatment plans, provide crisis stabilization, collaborate with schools and medical partners, document progress, and engage in ongoing supervision and professional development while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field from an accredited program.
• Active Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or equivalent).
• At least two years’ experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based interventions and trauma-informed care.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Develop and implement family-centered treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Deliver crisis intervention and stabilization services.
• Collaborate with case managers, schools, medical providers, and community partners.
• Document client progress accurately and timely per standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and supervision.
• Provide psychoeducation to caregivers to reinforce goals.
• Offer on-call crisis support as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
