Job summary

Alaska Behavioral Health in Fairbanks, AK is seeking Clinical Associate I, II, or III on-call to join our Residential team. This role supports adults with acute mental health needs, delivering case management and skill-building services to improve functioning and access to housing, employment, and healthcare.

The position is on-call, non-exempt and based in Fairbanks, with pay ranges from $21.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on level and experience; weekend and night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree is encouraged.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human-services field may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assertive outreach and engage individuals in the community where they are to address barriers to housing and healthcare access.
• Provide case management support to connect clients to resources and build skills for daily living and quality of life.
• Assist clients in meeting project goals including housing, employment, healthcare, and referrals.
