Job summary

SCRAM Systems is seeking a full-time Service Technician in Charlotte, NC to install, service and remove Ignition Interlock devices. Automotive electrical experience is helpful; a valid driver's license is required. You will interface with devices using the PLUS system and provide customer education and support.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Automotive Repair: 1 year (Preferred).
• Driver's License (Required).

Responsibilities

• Install, service and remove Ignition Interlock devices from cars, trucks and commercial vehicles.
• Use of PLUS system to interface with devices for data retrieval and reporting.
• Work with clients to troubleshoot issues and educate on proper use of the device.
• Provide prompt, courteous and professional customer service to clients.
• May assist in marketing IIDs by giving presentations on the devices.
• Other duties as necessary.
