Job summary

SCRAM Systems is seeking a full-time Service Technician in Concord, NC to install, service and remove Ignition Interlock devices in cars, trucks and commercial vehicles. A background in automotive electrical systems is preferred; a driver’s license is required.

The role offers a hands-on, collaborative environment with opportunities to grow within our safety-focused company. The position uses the PLUS system for data retrieval and reporting, troubleshoots with clients, and educates customers on

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Automotive repair experience preferred.
Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Install, service and remove Ignition Interlock devices from cars, trucks and commercial vehicles.
Use of PLUS system to interface with devices for data retrieval and reporting.
Work with clients to troubleshoot issues and educate on proper device use.
Provide prompt, courteous and professional customer service.
May assist in marketing IIDs by giving presentations on the devices.
Other duties as necessary.
