Job summary

SCRAM Systems is seeking a full-time Service Technician to install, service and remove Ignition Interlock devices. Automotive electrical background is helpful but not required. We value training, a collaborative environment, and opportunities for growth within a leading monitoring technology company.

Position focuses on hands-on IID work, client interaction, and potential marketing support. High school diploma and valid driver’s license required; automotive experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Automotive repair experience welcomed; 1 year preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and remove Ignition Interlock devices from cars, trucks and commercial vehicles.
• Use PLUS system to interface with devices for data retrieval and reporting.
• Troubleshoot issues with clients and educate on device usage.
• Provide prompt, courteous and professional customer service to clients.
• May assist in marketing IID presentations.
• Other duties as necessary.
