Job summary

SCRAM Systems is seeking a full-time Service Technician to install, service and remove Ignition Interlock devices in cars, trucks and commercial vehicles. Prior experience with automotive electrical systems is helpful but not required.

The role offers a collaborative environment where employees can learn and grow, while providing professional support to clients. A valid driver’s license is required; automotive repair experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive repair experience is preferred.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and remove Ignition Interlock devices in vehicles.
• Use PLUS system to retrieve data and generate reports.
• Troubleshoot with clients and educate on device use.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• May assist marketing IID presentations.
• Other duties as assigned.
