Responsibilities

• Collaborate on Small Business initiatives leveraging third party data to improve underwriting outcomes.
• Assist with market research and analysis via MarketMax and competitive intel reports.
• Support communication efforts from Marketing or Product perspectives.
• Use Power BI to monitor small business production results and pricing metrics.
• Partner with risk management to identify and address emerging issues.
