Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager to drive sales through educated, patient-centered engagement with healthcare professionals. You will implement strategic plans, collaborate across Medical Affairs, Patient Access, and other teams, and build relationships with KOLs in the IgG4‑RD space.

The role requires deep product knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex accounts in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in pharma, biotech, or medical device sales or hospital sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient-centered disease and product education to healthcare professionals to achieve sales objectives.
• Execute strategic account plans and align with cross-functional teams.
• Build relationships with key local, regional, and national KOLs within the territory.
• Navigate matrix environments involving Medical Affairs, Patient Access, and reimbursement.
• Maintain high-level disease and therapeutic knowledge to support customers.
