Job summary

Amgen Inc. in the United States is seeking an Account Manager/Specialty Account Manager for IgG4-RD to promote Amgen products to physicians and healthcare professionals, manage the territory, and provide disease information and education to medical professionals.

You will build relationships with KOLs, execute the strategic account plan, navigate a matrix environment, and ensure compliance while applying a consultative selling approach to meet IgG4-RD patient needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device sales or hospital sales.
• Associate degree with 6+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device sales or hospital sales.
• High school diploma with 8+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device sales or hospital sales.

Responsibilities

• Represent Amgen products to physicians and healthcare professionals and establish product sales.
• Perform total territory account management with disease information and education for medical professionals.
• Achieve sales objectives through patient-centered disease and product education for HCPs.
• Execute strategic account business plan and align with marketing goals.
• Collaborate in a matrix environment with Case Managers, Medical Affairs, Patient Access, and others.
• Use resources and programs to address knowledge gaps and opportunities.
