Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design and implement identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions using Okta OIG. You will shape RBAC/ABAC models, SoD structures, and certification workflows across enterprise systems, ensuring scalable, policy-driven identity management.

You will lead design reviews, define identity data models, and drive SCIM/API integrations, aligning with Zero Trust principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8)+ years of overall work experience.
• Experience as a Solutions Architect or similar identity/security architecture role focused on IGA/ICAM design.
• Hands-on experience with Okta OIG or similar IGA platforms.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, SoD, and identity lifecycle concepts.
• Experience designing and integrating SCIM/API-based identity solutions.
• Ability to define identity data models and normalization standards.
• Leading technical design sessions and architecture reviews.
• Understanding of Zero Trust principles in identity architecture.
• US Citizenship is contractually required and an active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Architect identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions using Okta OIG to support identity workflows.
• Design and implement RBAC/ABAC, SoD structures, and governance workflows in OIG.
• Architect SCIM/API integrations with authoritative sources and downstream apps.
• Define identity attribute schemas and lifecycle automation patterns.
• Lead engineering direction and architecture reviews across stakeholders.
• Ensure identity architecture aligns with Zero Trust principles.
• Partner with security, applications, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into IGA solutions.
