Job summary

Navigant is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect (IGA) to lead identity governance design and implementation for enterprise environments. You will architect Okta OIG-based solutions, define RBAC/ABAC models, and drive SCIM/API integrations across authoritative sources and applications.

The role requires 8+ years in identity/security architecture, hands-on Okta OIG, and a Top Secret security clearance with US citizenship. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience as a Solutions Architect or similar identity/security architecture role focused on IGA.
• Hands-on with Okta OIG or similar IGA platforms.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, SoD, and lifecycle management.
• Experience designing SCIM/API-based identity solutions.
• Ability to define identity data models and normalization standards.
• Proven leadership in design reviews and cross-functional discussions.
• Active Top Secret security clearance and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Architect identity governance solutions using Okta OIG.
• Design and implement RBAC/ABAC, SoD, and certification workflows.
• Architect SCIM/API integrations with authoritative sources and downstream apps.
• Define identity attribute schemas and lifecycle automation patterns.
• Lead engineering direction, reviews, and integration strategy discussions.
• Ensure identity architecture aligns with Zero Trust principles.
• Collaborate with security, application, infrastructure, and business teams.
