Buyers Products Company is seeking an IFS Business Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and long-term success of our IFS Cloud ERP system. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze processes, identify improvements, and ensure solutions meet operational needs.

The role spans configuration, user adoption, training, testing, and ongoing support, helping maximize ERP value and drive efficiency across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to document, understand, and analyze existing business processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and develop new processes that support business objectives.
• Conduct gap analysis to evaluate how standard IFS functionality aligns with business requirements and identify areas requiring configuration or customization.
• Anticipate cross-functional impacts of decisions and process changes within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Identify, document, and establish foundational data elements required within the IFS system.
• Create detailed functional specifications and requirements documentation for technical development teams.
• Coordinate and execute system testing activities, including user acceptance testing and validation efforts.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and recommend system enhancements based on findings.
• Develop training materials and lead end-user training sessions to support successful system adoption.
• Utilize project management and collaboration tools, such as ClickUp, to track deliverables, monitor project status, and communicate progress.
• Respond to and resolve ERP-related help desk tickets, providing timely troubleshooting and user support.
• Serve as a champion for ERP utilization by promoting best practices and encouraging adoption across the organization.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing enhancement of ERP solutions.
