You will collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and engineering to deliver reliable systems that support patient care in a regulated setting. You'll gather requirements, map processes, configure solutions, and build dashboards and reports that executives rely on for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Business Systems Analyst or ERP Analyst role in manufacturing.
• Experience designing and supporting complex ERP systems; IFS experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases; APIs and integrations.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills; ability to explain technical ideas clearly.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Bonus: ISO 13485, FDA-regulated work, or supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and troubleshoot the IFS ERP system as a go-to functional and technical resource.
• Gather requirements, map business processes, and translate them into functional specs and configured solutions.
• Build and maintain IFS workflows, interfaces, APIs, and system integrations.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics that leaders rely on.
• Lead testing and deployment, and support change control and software validation.
• Define project scope, keep stakeholders informed, and flag risks early.
• Train users, document configurations, and improve SOPs.
• Work with IFS support partners on upgrades and enhancements.
