Job summary

Iron Oak Energy Solutions is seeking an IFS Business Analyst to be the primary functional support resource for the IFS Cloud ERP platform and integrated applications. You will troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and assist with ERP implementations and migrations, coordinating with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, Maintenance, Operations, and IT teams to maintain system stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, accounting, supply chain, engineering, or MIS.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems or business applications.
• 3+ years of experience supporting IFS Applications, including IFS Cloud.
• Experience supporting Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Operations processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for IFS Cloud users across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Operations.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system issues and user incidents.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, administrators, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Support testing and validation of fixes, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors during integrations and migrations.
• Assist in ERP implementations, migrations, data validation, UAT, and go-live readiness.
• Create user documentation and training materials.
