Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced IFS technical leader to drive a high-impact ERP transformation. You will step into the final phase of a 2.5-year migration, lead UAT, cutover, go-live with a December 31 target, and oversee post-go-live stabilization.

This role requires strong IFS Cloud/Applications 10 expertise, 7–8+ years ERP experience, and proven leadership of ERP projects. You will collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to keep the program moving and deliver a

Are you an experienced IFS leader who thrives in high-impact environments where your expertise can make an immediate difference? This is your opportunity to step into a critical leadership role during the final phase of a 2.5-year IFS Cloud migration and help lead a major enterprise transformation through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.

Our client is currently in the midst of UAT and migration activities, with a full cutover dry run approaching and a December 31 go-live on the horizon. With the current technical lead transitioning off the project, we’re looking for someone who can step in quickly, take ownership, and provide the technical leadership needed to keep this important initiative moving forward.

What You’ll Bring

Required Experience:

• Strong IFS experience — IFS Cloud and/or IFS Applications 10
• 7–8+ years of ERP experience
• At least 1 year leading a large-scale ERP implementation or transformation
• Experience providing technical direction and leadership to an ERP project team
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to quickly assess priorities, make decisions, and keep a team moving

Even Better If You Have:

• Experience leading an IFS Cloud migration
• Experience with ERP go-lives and cutovers
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Experience working across both technical and business teams
