Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks, Inc. is seeking a Temporary IFS Cloud Migration Tech Lead to join our Corporate IT Team and work remotely. The role focuses on steering the IFS Cloud migration, delivering technical direction for a seven-person team, and ensuring a successful go-live and stabilization.

You will own day-to-day technical direction, coordinate testing and cutover activities, manage risks, and collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to align technical work with project milestones.

Qualifications

• IFS experience is required, with hands-on IFS Cloud preferred.
• 7–8+ years of ERP experience with leadership of a large ERP project.
• Own day-to-day technical direction and tasking of a 7-person team through go-live.
• Strong communication and collaboration with IT leadership and business stakeholders.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical execution of the IFS Cloud migration for a 7-person team through go-live.
• Coordinate integration testing, system validation, and cutover planning for go-live.
• Identify and help resolve technical risks and blockers to keep the project on schedule.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, IT Directors and stakeholders to align technical work with milestones.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and IFS partners for timely dependencies and issue resolution.
• Support go-live readiness activities including UAT coordination, system validation and hypercare.
• Document key technical decisions, configurations and migration processes.
