Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced IFS technical leader to drive a high-impact ERP transformation. You will step into the final phase of a 2.5-year migration, lead UAT, cutover, go-live with a December 31 target, and oversee post-go-live stabilization.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of ERP experience.
• Strong IFS Cloud and/or IFS Applications 10 experience.
• Experience leading a large-scale ERP implementation or transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for the IFS Cloud migration.
• Guide a 7-person technical team through UAT, cutover, and go-live.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and key business stakeholders.
• Oversee post-go-live stabilization and issue resolution.
