Job summary

Iron Oak Energy is seeking an experienced IFS Business Analyst to serve as the primary functional support for the IFS Cloud ERP platform and related business applications. You will troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and assist with ERP implementations and migrations to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, enterprise applications, or business systems.
• 3+ years of experience supporting IFS Applications, including IFS Cloud preferred.
• Experience supporting Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance, or Operations processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for IFS Cloud users across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Operations.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system issues and user-reported incidents.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, administrators, and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Support testing and validation of system fixes, upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
