Job summary

HCSC's IFM Performance & Sales Analytics team seeks a Manager, Analytics & Reporting to lead insights and monthly financial reporting across sales, claims, and operations. You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations and partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, Actuarial, and IFM leadership to drive growth.

This hybrid role offers hands-on leadership of a analytics team, forecasting for telesales, dashboard reporting, and accrual development to ensure accurate financials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years' data/analytics experience in healthcare or management consulting.
• Or Bachelor's degree and 6 years' health care/health insurance experience.
• 1 year of management/leadership experience.
• Strong analytical ability – comfortable both with manipulating and analyzing large datasets and with presenting that data in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Analytical strategic thinker, with the business acumen to analyze data and translate into actionable takeaways.
• Articulate communicator to executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs or processes in a manner that drives to tangible impact.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities. Flexible, resourceful, able to work in an ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of monthly financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Provide forecasts for telesales calls and applications; analyze trends and risks.
• Create dashboards and reporting for call center performance and claims.
• Coach and oversee a team of analysts; collaborate with cross-functional leadership.
