The role leads a team of analysts and collaborates with Finance, Sales, Operations, Actuarial, and IFM leadership. The position emphasizes forecasting, dashboard reporting, and vendor management while ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years in data/analytics/healthcare or management consulting, or 6 years in health care/health insurance.
• 1 year of management/leadership experience.
• Strong analytical ability and the ability to present data clearly to executives.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and drive tangible impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting and performance analysis for IFM Performance & Sales Analytics.
• Forecast telesales calls and applications; report on call center performance.
• Develop dashboards and perform ad hoc analytics to improve financial and operational outcomes.
• Oversee analytics team, coaching and prioritizing deliverables.
