Job summary

HCSC is seeking a Manager, Analytics & Reporting for the IFM Performance & Sales Analytics team. This role leads monthly financial reporting, analyzes key business results, trends and risks, and translates data into actionable recommendations for executive decision-making.

You will oversee claims trend analysis, dashboard reporting, telesales forecasting, and vendor management while coaching a team of analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree and 3 years experience in data/analytics, healthcare network/reimbursement, or management consulting, OR Bachelors degree and 6 years of experience in health care / health insurance
• 1 year of management / leadership experience
• Strong analytical ability—comfortable with large datasets and presenting data clearly
• Analytical thinker with business acumen to translate data into takeaways
• Articulate communicator to executive audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs or processes with tangible impact
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities; flexible, resourceful in ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting, analysis of key business results, performance drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities
• Oversee claims trend analysis and dashboard reporting, telesales forecasting, call center reporting, and ad hoc analytics
• Manage telesales invoice validation and accrual development for accurate financial reporting
• Develop and coach a team of analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, Actuarial, and IFM leadership to enhance analytics capabilities
