Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced special education specialists to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will apply 5+ years of IEP writing/reviewing experience and direct ownership of IDEA compliance documentation to craft high-quality outputs.

Work is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start, at a rate of $90/hour. You will contribute to workflows including IEP goals, present-level narratives, 504 plans,

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a special education teacher, IEP coordinator, or district special-education specialist.
• Direct ownership of writing or reviewing IEPs and related IDEA compliance documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: IEP goal-writing, present-levels-of-performance narratives, 504 plans, accommodation and modification tables, behavior intervention plans, and progress-monitoring trackers.
