Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced behavior specialists to help train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote role offers flexible hours (5–20 per week) at $90/hour and ASAP start, with work you can schedule around other commitments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years writing and reviewing IEPs, ownership of IDEA-compliance docs, and expert-level document/spreadsheet/slide craftsmanship, delivering precise outputs for core workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a special education teacher, IEP coordinator, or district special-education specialist.
• Direct ownership of writing or reviewing IEPs and related IDEA compliance documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for professional workflows.
• Contribute to IEP goal-writing, present-levels-of-performance, and progress-monitoring trackers.
• Ensure IDEA compliance and high-quality, detailed outputs for clients and investors.
