Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit experienced special education teachers capable of training language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on ownership of IEPs and IDEA compliance, crafting high-quality outputs across IEP goals, present levels, 504 plans, and related materials.

The expected commitment is 5–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling, fully remote, ASAP start date.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a special education teacher or related role with direct ownership of IEPs and IDEA documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for IEP-related workflows.
• Develop IEP goals, present levels of performance narratives, 504 plans, and accommodation/modification tables.
• Support behavior intervention plans and progress-monitoring trackers across engagements.
