Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced special education professionals to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will work on IEP-related tasks, including goal writing and compliance documentation, on a flexible remote schedule.

The role offers hourly compensation and requires strong written communication, detail orientation, and ownership of IEP-related materials. Remote work with ASAP start and 5–20 hours weekly is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a special education teacher, IEP coordinator, or district special-education specialist.
• Direct ownership of writing or reviewing IEPs and related IDEA compliance documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated IEP documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (IEP goal writing, present levels, 504 plans, accommodations).
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation and templates used for model training and review.
• Collaborate with Ethos and stakeholders to optimize AI-assisted workflows and outputs.
