Qualifications

• 5+ years as a special education teacher, IEP coordinator, or district special-education specialist.
• Direct ownership of writing or reviewing IEPs and IDEA compliance documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slides across core workflows: IEP goal-writing, present-levels-of-performance narratives, accommodations/modifications tables, and progress-monitoring trackers.
• Develop IEP goals and present-level narratives; support IDEA compliance.
• Refine 504 plans, behavior intervention plans, and related documentation for AI training prompts.
