Ethos is seeking experienced IEP coordinators to help train a leading AI language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. You will create, review, and refine AI-generated IEP documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as IEP goal-writing, present levels of performance, 504 plans, accommodations, behavior plans, and progress trackers.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5-20 hours per week or more) with a starting ASAP date.

Competenze

• 5+ years as a special education teacher, IEP coordinator, or district special-education specialist.
• Direct ownership of writing or reviewing IEPs and related IDEA compliance documentation
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Mansioni

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated IEP documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows such as goal-writing and progress monitoring.
• Write IEP goals and present-level narratives and accommodate/modify tables and behavior plans as needed.
• Ensure IDEA compliance and documentation quality in all outputs.
