Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an IDR Operations Supervisor to lead and guide IDR Team Leads on a daily basis in a fast-paced environment. The role involves coordinating client communications, relaying policy updates, and ensuring efficient adherence to standard processes.

You will act as a liaison between management and the team, communicate updates, review productivity metrics weekly, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the IDR function.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory experience in an IDR context or similar role is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to IDR Team leads daily.
• Attend client teleconferences with manager to assist with providing processing feedback.
• Attend CMS meetings with management/team leads and relay updates and policy changes to the team.
• Ensure team efficiency and adherence to established process standards.
• Act as a liaison between management and the team, communicating policy updates and gathering feedback for leadership.
• Conduct weekly meetings with Team Leads to review productivity metrics and allocate resources.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior supervisory experience as IDR Team Lead or similar
