Job summary

Plutus Health Inc. seeks detail-oriented professionals to manage IDR portal activities and payer dispute workflows within a growing medical billing environment.

Training will be provided on the IDR portal, payer dispute processes, and compliance requirements relevant to AR and denial management. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely documentation, and collaboration with AR, billing, and compliance teams while maintaining HIPAA compliance and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced Dallas-area

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), AR follow-up, denial management, or claims operations.
• Strong understanding of medical billing, payer workflows and reimbursement processes.
• Experience with payer portals, claim dispute workflows, or IDR processes preferred.
• Familiar with commercial payers, appeals, denials and escalation management.
• Strong analytical, organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting trackers and dashboards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Access and manage the new IDR portal in line with updated guidelines.
• Review, monitor and track IDR cases, disputes and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with AR follow-up, denial management, billing and compliance teams.
• Ensure timely submission of supporting documentation and payer communications.
• Maintain logs, reports, trackers, and case status updates.
• Analyze claim disputes, reimbursement discrepancies and payer responses.
• Escalate high-priority or compliance issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams for workflow coordination.
• Support process improvements for IDR and denial management operations.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to SOPs and payer regulations.
• Assist leadership with operational reporting, metrics and audits.
• Understand nuances of Out-of-Network Billing.
