Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in healthcare, business, or related field and at least 2 years in medical billing, auditing or claims review.
• Experience in Independent Dispute Resolution is required.
• Strong supervisory skills and the ability to coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Review disputes for eligibility in the Federal IDR process.
• Oversee daily operations of Claims Specialist teams and track productivity.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluations and corrective action when needed.
• Ensure timekeeping accuracy, onboarding, and reporting requirements.
• Work with customers to resolve concerns and communicate process updates.
