Job summary

Auth0 is seeking an experienced technical consultant to lead hands‑on implementation and deployment projects for post‑sales customers. Qualifications

• 5+ years experience delivering solutions to external customers.
• Experience with identity federation and robust access control models (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, WS-Federation).
• Ability to work independently and multi‑functionally supporting client work.
• Experience designing and implementing security and identity management solutions for critical systems and business programs.
• Knowledge of typical enterprise identity life cycle management processes and standards.
• Hands-on contributor capable of mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on implementation and deployment services to customers post‑sales.
• Gather, analyze, and document post‑sales requirements.
• Communicate with customers and partners at the appropriate technical/functional level.
• Deliver design and deployment solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
• Lead project scope, schedule, status, and documentation management.
• Mentor and train customers on the service.
• Serve as liaison between Customers and Product Management to drive development.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Support to address escalated issues.
• Coordinate with Sales on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Perform hands-on technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the service.
• Shape growth and scalability by designing new offerings.
• Apply knowledge of cloud architectures and enterprise on-prem landscapes.
• Utilize software development experience (Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, REST/JSON, etc).
• Apply identity lifecycle management standards.
• May provide mentoring to less experienced team members.
• Ensure quality and time management processes are followed.
• Commit to a knowledge repository for deployment standard methodologies.
