Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Identity Platform in Mountain View to drive Authentication, Verified Identity Network, and Identity Proofing initiatives. You will shape strategy, own the product roadmap, and partner with engineers, data scientists, and leaders to deliver secure, scalable identity services across our ecosystem.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle from idea through GTM, define success metrics, and leverage data to prioritize features.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex IAM platforms (Authentication, B2B/Consumer Identity).
• Deep understanding of identity, authentication, and security concepts including SSO, MFA, ID Proofing, OpenID Connect/OAuth, FIDO, NIST 800-63.
• 10+ years designing and managing large-scale platform products in a SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated technical depth enabling partnership with senior engineering/architecture leads on SaaS architecture and API design.
• Data-driven approach to prioritizing requirements using KPIs/OKRs and telemetry data.
• Experience identifying AI/ML opportunities and integrating them into products/workflows.
• End-to-end lifecycle ownership from ideation to GTM and iteration at scale.
• Ability to manage cross-functional programs and influence across organizational boundaries.
• Strong stakeholder communication with technical and executive audiences.
• Customer-focused approach to identity-related challenges in enterprise and consumer contexts.

Responsibilities

• Build Identity products that power experiences for Consumers, Merchants, and Developers.
• Gather requirements for global software products and experiences.
• Deliver scalable services with low time-to-market and high agility.
• Develop mobile/web/native components in the Identity space for rapid partner-focused iteration.
• Define ownership, funding, and roadmaps for identity services.
• Work with customers to ensure correct product usage and adoption.
• Understand market trends in the Identity space and translate into strategy.
• Define KPIs for identity products and track long-term success.
• Manage full product lifecycle from PRD to multi-year roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineers, design, research, marketing, sales, and support to launch at scale.
• Engage with data science to build ML-driven identity/login features.
