Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Identity Platform in Mountain View.

You will lead Authentication, Verified Identity Network and Identity Proofing, defining a scalable roadmap and working with a broad stakeholder base across engineering, design, and legal. You will apply data-driven decision making, collaborate with data scientists, and drive high-impact identity solutions for consumers, developers and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, delivering, and managing large-scale identity platform products in SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of authentication, MFA, SSO and identity standards.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across Eng, Design, Marketing and Sales.
• Ability to define MVPs, roadmaps and multi-year strategy for platform products.
• Data-driven decision making with KPIs and OKRs to guide prioritization.
• Experience applying AI/ML to improve identity workflows and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build Identity products for Consumers, Merchants and Developers across the ecosystem.
• Gather requirements for software products and experiences globally.
• Deliver services with low time to market and high agility for internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver mobile components and services to enable rapid, cross-platform identity experiences.
• Define ownership, funding and governance for identity software components.
• Work with customers to ensure correct usage of identity solutions.
• Analyze end-user problems and market trends in Identity space.
• Define KPIs and track long-term product success.
• Manage full product lifecycle from requirements to multi-year roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineers, UX, lawyers and others in a team setting.
• Engage with data scientists to build ML-enabled identity/login products.
