Job summary

Okta is seeking a Services Architect to be the technical authority for cloud and on-prem IT systems, focusing on the Workforce Identity Cloud for customers.

You will translate business needs into actionable strategies and drive initiatives to high business value within the Professional Services Delivery Team. Expect to gather requirements, oversee designs, and guide customers to successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT/software development, solution design and architecture.
• 3+ years consulting experience.
• 3+ years driving application architecture design.
• 3+ years IAM architectures experience.
• 3+ years implementing cloud solutions (AWS, Google Apps, Salesforce).
• Experience with B2C/B2B identity use cases: registration, MFA, SSO, delegated access.
• Ability to engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
• Lead discovery workshops to derive requirements and processes.
• Develop functional and system design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead gathering of business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Document common requirements and design solutions with customers.
• Support project plans to develop and implement proposed solutions.
• Provide technical leadership as part of PS delivery team.
• Assist in periodic health-checks and project reviews.
