Job summary

Okta is seeking a Services Architect to serve as a technical authority for cloud and on-prem IT systems, focusing on Workforce Identity Cloud for customer use cases. You will build strong customer relationships, translate business needs into actionable strategy, and drive initiatives to measurable business value within the Professional Services delivery context.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT/software development experience with solution design and technical architecture.

Responsibilities

• Review and lead gathering of business, functional and technical requirements for an Identity platform powered by Okta.
• Document common technical/functional requirements for specific solutions with customers.
• Support creation of project plans to develop and implement the proposed solution.
• Participate in the professional services delivery team to translate requirements to designs and provide technical leadership.
• Assist in periodic customer health-checks and project reviews.
