Job summary

Okta in Illinois is seeking an Okta on Okta Identity Architect, a premier hands-on practitioner role above Principal Engineer. You will configure, deploy, and test the Okta platform within Okta’s own corporate IAM tenant, using Alpha through Early Availability features.

You will work as the technical cornerstone of the internal team, shaping platform capabilities and guiding customers and engineers in real-world deployments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on architecture and configuration of Alpha to EA platform features within Okta’s corporate IAM tenant.
• Define secure authentication, token exchange, and authorization patterns for AI workloads.
• Collaborate with product teams and customers to share deployment experiences and best practices.
• Contribute to technical content efforts, including deep-dive videos and roundtable sessions.
