Job summary

Okta seeks a Services Architect to drive design and implementation of its Workforce Identity Cloud for customers in a cloud/on-prem environment. You will translate business goals into actionable strategies, build trusted customer relationships, and lead PS delivery on each engagement.

The role requires deep IAM, security, and distributed systems knowledge, with strong communication to CXOs and a willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT/ software development experience and architecture background.
• 3+ years consulting; 3+ years leading architecture design.
• 3+ years IAM experience and cloud solution delivery.
• Experience with B2C/B2B identity use cases (SSO, MFA, delegated admin).
• Strong security architecture knowledge; familiarity with standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering for identity platform powered by Okta.
• Document common technical and functional requirements with customers.
• Help create project plans to implement proposed solutions.
• Provide technical leadership within the PS delivery team.
• Support health-checks and project reviews with customers.
