Job summary

RoShay Services in Washington, DC seeks a Manager to lead the implementation and configuration of SailPoint ISC and Saviynt identity governance solutions, designing governance frameworks and guiding technical delivery. This role collaborates with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adapts to evolving identity security technologies.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, develop technical documentation, and support AI-enabled capabilities for automated access analysis and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration.
• Experience with SailPoint ISC or Saviynt is required.
• Experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, testing, deployment, and optimization of identity security and governance platforms.
• Develop identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, workflows, and policies.
• Guide onboarding activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure implementation success.
• Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery.
• Create technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
• Support AI-enabled identity governance features such as automated access analysis and lifecycle automation.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and support governance transformation initiatives.
