You will oversee onboarding, lifecycle management, access controls, and certifications, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant solutions. The role also emphasizes governance documentation and enabling AI-assisted insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration.
• At least two years on SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Experience delivering enterprise IGA implementations (onboarding, lifecycle, access controls, migrations).
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, regulatory compliance, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor teammates, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging identity security technologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of SailPoint ISC and Saviynt solutions.
• Design identity governance solutions covering lifecycle, access requests, certifications, workflows, policies, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and guide onboarding activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery initiatives.
• Develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
• Support AI-enabled identity governance features like automated access analysis and lifecycle automation.
