Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years in SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, regulatory compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience leading technical workstreams, providing client solutions, and supporting transformation projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions.
• Familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy identity governance solutions, including lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, workflows, and policies.
• Lead technical delivery by troubleshooting complex issues and guiding onboarding activities to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
• Support AI-driven identity governance capabilities, including automation, insights, and emerging technologies.
• Mentor team members and support identity governance transformation initiatives.
