Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a senior Identity Governance and Administration leader to drive the design and implementation of SailPoint ISC and Saviynt solutions for clients. The role focuses on secure onboarding, lifecycle management, access requests, and certifications while aligning governance standards.

The candidate will collaborate with security teams and application owners, oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and onboarding, and advance AI-enabled identity governance

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years in SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions, including onboarding, lifecycle management, access requests, and certifications.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Leadership skills in technical workstreams, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Knowledge of AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging identity security technologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead SailPoint ISC and Saviynt implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, and onboarding.
• Design identity governance solutions such as identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, guide onboarding activities, and drive successful implementation outcomes.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and support delivery.
• Develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
• Support AI-enabled identity governance features like intelligent access analysis and automation.
• Uphold a professional and respectful work environment through integrity and responsibility.
